Global Golf Post Launches Golf Business Newsletter: GGP/Biz

Subscription service offering premium quality golf business journalism

Glenview, Ill. (January 18, 2022) – Global Golf Post, the leading golf news brand in the game, today launched GGP/Biz, a paid subscription site that will offer golf business executives and interested consumers premium quality golf business journalism.

“We believe that the $84 million-dollar American golf industry deserves a credible and respected golf business news service” said GGP Publisher Jim Nugent. “Today, we unveil this new product.”

GGP/Biz will publish two pieces of original golf business journalism each week.

“GGP/Biz will inform and explain” commented Nugent. “We will take readers into the boardrooms and R&D labs as well as the corporate hospitality suites and tournament offices to explore and explain how and why things get done.”

It’s the business of golf, deconstructed.

This new groundbreaking service will be led by veteran golf journalist John Steinbreder. A writer for Global Golf Post since its debut in 2010, Steinbreder wrote extensively about the business of sports while working on the staffs of Fortune and Sports Illustrated and later covered the golf industry with great depth for Golfweek.

GGP/Biz will be offered to subscribers for $195 annually. Bulk subscription programs will be offered to leading organizations and associations in the game.

“Since 2010, Global Golf Post’s mission has been to advance and perpetuate golf journalism in the digital age. Launching GGP/Biz is another mile marker along the journey,” Nugent added.
