TaylorMade Golf Gear’s Pure-Lite Stand Bag earns Second Consecutive Gold Medal, while Catalina Cart and Micro-Lite Secure Silver

(July 20, 2011) — TMAX Gear, the exclusive licensee for all TaylorMade and adidas Golf branded golf bags, gloves, headwear & accessories, is proud to announce their 2011 golf bag line-up awards in Golf Digest’s 2011 golf bag “Hot List” issue. For the first time ever, a TMAX bag received back-to-back gold medals. The Pure-Lite 2.0 scored gold, while the Catalina Cart and Micro-Lite 2.0 both earned a silver medal.
The annually published golf bag “Hot List” is recognized by the golf industry and golf enthusiasts alike as a leading independent guide to the best new introductions of golf equipment and accessories. Golf bags from top manufacturers were judged by Golf Digest’s team of equipment editors.
The Pure-Lite 2.0 is TMAX’s lightest full-size bag and separates its self from other stand bags with its numerous features. This year’s 2.0 version took last year’s gold-medal winner and added an anti-slip mechanism to the stand system to prevent the legs from slipping out. This year’s Pure-Lite 2.0 also includes ventilated ergonomic straps that equally distribute weight, decreasing fatigue and allowing a comfortable walk for the player.
