Bahrain, 18 September 2024 – Global sports and entertainment agency, 54, and Bahrain International Golf Course Company (BIGCC) are joining forces to supercharge the development of Bahrain’s golfing ecosystem, following the announcement of a unique strategic partnership.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between both parties on Saturday 14th September at The Royal Golf Club signalling a formal commitment that will see the development of a comprehensive strategy to boost Bahrain’s burgeoning golf tourism industry and sports investments assets.
The collaboration will focus on promoting sustainable growth while elevating Bahrain’s global position through a series of strategic initiatives, including developing a long-term golf tourism strategy, driving demand creation through unified participation efforts, and implementing best practice for sustainability across environmental, social, and economic dimensions.
In addition, 54 will provide advisory services to optimize operations, drive impactful industry connectivity, and guide development decisions. A key element will be enhancing Bahrain’s global reputation through targeted international marketing campaigns and world-class events.

The move will see each of 54’s three service areas, Strategic Advisory, Asset Optimisation and Activation & Engagement contribute to achieving Bahrain’s vision of a flourishing sporting economy.
