Marcella Club is a collaboration between Reef Capital Partners, with its club management company Elevated Life, Raintree Investment Corporation and Cross Lake Partners. The groups have successful golf developments in their portfolios including Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas and the newly opened Black Desert Resort in St. George Utah. Marcella Club is the only private ski community with true access to a golf membership in the Park City area. The Club will offer membership amenities in three locations: Marcella Mountain, Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge and Marcella on Main.
Marcella Mountain is a private community where a new on-mountain members only lodge designed by world-famous architecture firm Olson Kundig will be constructed. The Mountain Lodge will feature ski-in/ski-out concierge services, a pool and hot tub, fitness center and yoga studio, and a large multi-purpose area. Homesites are available to purchase now and provide an opportunity to own at North America’s newest alpine ski resort with unfettered access into top-ranked Deer Valley® via a new high-speed lift as well as 50 miles of trails that provide year-round recreational access.
Marcella Mountain is also part of the new Mayflower Mountain Resort being developed by Extell, a full-service development company based in New York City with an impressive portfolio of residential, office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. The Mayflower Mountain Resort is their newest endeavor and first project in Utah. The 6,000+ acre Mayflower Mountain Resort will be North America’s first world-class alpine village to be developed since 1981. Mayflower’s reimagined mountain village design will include new ski infrastructure with 4,300 skiable acres on-site, ski lifts and trails, multiple luxury and lifestyle-branded hotels and several new shopping and dining options.

Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge, located just a few miles to the south of Marcella Mountain, will encompass two separate 18-hole courses, one envisioned and created by TGR Design® . The course, which is set to be over 8,000 yards in length, will be one of the longest in Utah. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge has plans for a second 18-hole course which will be built after the TGR Design® course is completed. The golf community will also include a world-class clubhouse and practice facility. Marcella Club will only offer 500 full golf memberships for 36 holes, making it one of the most exclusive golf clubs in the state of Utah. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is anticipated to open for play by the 2025 season.

In addition to golf, Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge will feature a premier private enclave of custom homes in the heart of the community. Jordanelle Ridge is the newest master plan by Raintree Investment Corporation and Cross Lake Partners. The community borders the Jordanelle Reservoir and encompasses 8,000 acres of land, including 6,000 acres of undeveloped backcountry with miles of groomed ATV, hiking and biking trails. Homesites will be available soon, and residents of Jordanelle Ridge will enjoy unparalleled views of Heber Valley, Mt.
